It was my first experience with brass highlife.
Mostly instrumental but somehow infectious,
kind of carnavalesque, parade style
highlife from Ghana, check..

danke schön.....for this wonderful music...i remember as a teenager to hear brass band groups in ghana on funerals played all kinds of music..and such was in the 70s....that lead me into listening american jazz music...later... meda ase paa....

This is truly groovy music. It reminds me of the brass bands from India and New Orleans, with that same "dancing in the streets" (or as you said, carnival "parade style") feeling. Thanks.
