vol 2 looks to have the same musicians and backing vocals as vol. 1; the chorus vocals are present on both covers - the photo at the cover backside of vol 2 is the same as at the front of vol1.
"Toubaka" - the 3 rd song of vol 2 is played a lot by others mande musicians of that time, as Djelimady Tounkara, and El-Hadj-Djeli-Sory-Kouyate, that one in a bala-only version.
Vol 1 has a trumpet in the first song, "Djadjon" any infos about the musician?
Lovely to have this; it's something of a holy grail, as I have a Gambian street cassette of part of both albums, bought in 1988, but I've never heard the whole thing. Now for Volume 1. Many thanks.
